For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and process optimization for global clients, we are looking for – Tech Support Specialist with Azerbaijani or Hungarian or Polish or Turkish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and care;
• Quickly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues;
• Escalate complex cases to higher-level support when necessary;
• Keep accurate records of interactions and solutions;
• Stay up to date on products, features, and internal processes.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Azerbaijani, Hungarian, Polish, or Turkish, with strong English skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
• Confident using computers, CRM systems, and following structured procedures.
