Position Overview:

We, as a recruiting agency, are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join the team of an international company as a Tech Support L2. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills in both German (B2/C1 level) and English (B2/C1 level), and previous experience in a technical support role.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues;
• Analyze system logs;
• Document and track support cases to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction;
• Assist in creating knowledge base articles and training materials for support staff and clients.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in a technical support role
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
