For one of our clients – global leader in business services, providing support and business enhancements to some of the world’s most well-known brands, we are on a search for reliable, organized and customer-oriented tech-enthusiasts, the role of Tech-Support Agent with Czech (HYBRID).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in resolving issues and answering questions related to Office 365 Cloud;
• Handle Business Clients' technical requests through calls, ticketing, and remote sessions;
• Analyze service performance issues and set case priorities according to client needs;
• Provide solutions using established procedures and ensure customer satisfaction;
• Collaborate with your team to deliver high-quality support and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Czech, and very good English skills;
• Strong communication and analytical thinking;
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent soft skills;
• Ability to summarize information clearly and adapt quickly;
• Technical interest and strong problem-solving skills.
