Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We are currently looking for a Team Manager for one of our clients — a leading company in the outsorcing services sector.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of analysts and ensure delivery of team goals and objectives
  • Perform quality assessments to ensure adherence to policies and procedures
  • Apply credit and risk policies, provide concurrence approvals (within delegated authority), and ensure sound risk decisions
  • Host regular meetings to mentor, coach, guide on complex reviews, clarify procedures, and resolve escalations
  • Review and approve exception requests while balancing customer experience and risk mitigation
  • Communicate professionally with cross-functional stakeholders regarding information requests, risk insights, and recommendations
  • Stay up to date with payment processing trends and collaborate with compliance/fraud experts when needed
  • Identify training and development needs, provide feedback on tools, data, and process improvements
  • Ensure proper escalation and follow-up with relevant internal departments and management


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Law, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in merchant underwriting, credit risk, or commercial lending
  • Previous experience leading or supervising analytical teams in a high-performance environment
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to process large data volumes
  • Ability to collaborate with risk professionals, peers, management, and internal/external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, and online research/database tools
  • Proactive and results-driven approach with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
  • High Level of English- C1
