Spirit of the role:
The Team Manager is responsible for managing an individual program in close partnership with the Regional Sales Manager (rSM). The role is expected to focus on the delivery of the program and also act as a strategic partner of the Regional Sales Manager. Together, Team Manager and Reginal Sales Manager will collaborate on ways to meet the needs of small business customers as well as find ways to improve performance and quality. In recognition of the importance of QA, Coaching and WFM to program success, the Team manager needs to ensure a close partnership with those functions for their program. It is expected to have a deep understanding of customer challenges and opportunities. This knowledge should be a combination of upward feedback from Team Leads and Agents call shadowing and QA feedback. Should be able to discuss, in detail, the customer challenges and opportunities with the rSM.

The main focus areas will be:
- Sales Planning: Be aware of revenue trends and drivers and identify opportunities across the markets industries verticals and suggest focus areas for the rSM. To be responsible for implementation of, and reporting on, the program spiffs following guidance set down by the rSM.
- Sales Activation: Execute against activation plans communicated by the rSM and help co create and develop activation plans. Ensure that all agents, including TLs, receive any and all necessary training and coaching.
- Sales Performance Management: Executing any plans communicated by the rSM. They are responsible for partnering with QA to ensure that quality levels are met and maintained for the program. They are responsible for executing any in quarter recovery plans and expected to contribute to the design of these plans in partnership with the rSM.
Job Qualifications:
- 3 years previous experience in online ad sales or similar.
- 5 years of experience in BPO team management position.
- In depth knowledge of the program strategy.
- Experience deriving insights from data, building and managing junior sales teams.
- Advertising and SMB sales experience.
