Join Hitachi Energy and take the lead in our maintenance department. As our Team Leader Maintenance, you’ll guide a skilled team in maintaining and improving equipment. You’ll play a key role in shaping maintenance strategies, and our equipment run at peak performance.
How you’ll make the impact:
- Defines and develops gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) maintenance strategies. Assists in their implementation and development in the local unit. Proposes and manages the annual maintenance budget;
- Leads the Support unit in planning and implementing initiatives that maintain and improve the reliability and efficiency of equipment, technical infrastructure, production lines, or facilities;
- Collaborates with production managers in determining maintenance plans for new production equipment and recommends methods to improve reliability, ongoing maintenance, and equipment safety;
- Develops and proposes projects to improve processes and production lines in order to reduce both routine and emergency maintenance and optimize energy and water consumption;
- Organizes, conducts, and monitors the proper operation of work equipment, including the timely localization and elimination of malfunctions and their consequences;
- Develops and organizes the implementation of schedules for technical inspections and preventive maintenance of work equipment in the enterprise;
- Submits requests for the delivery of spare parts for work equipment and tools;
- Participates in acceptance committees for the acceptance of repairs carried out by external contractors;
- Organizes investigations and determines the causes of malfunctions and accidents involving work equipment and their consequences.
Your background:
- A Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering;
- Knowledge and experience of working with Technical documentation;
- Previous professional experience of at least 3 years;
- Good command of English, written and spoken ;
- Very good command of MS Office suite (MS Excel, MS, Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook. Working with ERP systems (SAP) is a strong advantage; Skills for working with electrical equipment, electrical and hand tools;
- Flexibility and motivation to work as a team player.
