What You’ll Do

• Organise and improve staff schedules for maximum efficiency and great patient care
• Find ways to improve workflows and reduce delays
• Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth teamwork
• Anticipate staffing needs and avoid scheduling conflicts
• Help improve daily operations and lead long-term planning
• Lead or support projects that make our clinic work even better

Who You Are

• Fluent in English (B1/B2)
• Organised and able to plan ahead
• Good at solving problems and improving systems
• A team player with strong communication skills
• Comfortable working with numbers and data
• Experienced in operations, planning, or similar roles
