Team Leader – Accounts Payable Location: Sofia, Office X

LEM is looking for a proactive and experienced AP Team Lead to join our Accounts Payable team in Sofia. If you are passionate about process optimization, leadership, and sustainability – this is your opportunity!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Accounts Payable team
• Ensure timely invoice processing and approvals in line with established procedures
• Monitor team performance using key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support junior team members through training and coaching
• Collaborate with internal departments, including local finance and audit teams
• Drive automation initiatives and support ERP system enhancements
• Prepare monthly and annual performance reports

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including 2+ years in team leadership
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and financial accounting
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Fluent in English (B2/C1 level)
