For one of our clients - a leader in reshaping businesses with Strategy, Consulting, and state- of-the-art Technology, powered by the world’s largest network of tech centers, we are looking for – Team Lead, Sales Department (German and English).

For one of our clients - a leader in reshaping businesses with Strategy, Consulting, and state- of-the-art Technology, powered by the world’s largest network of tech centers, we are looking for – Team Lead, Sales Department (German and English).
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate team performance data and present clear, actionable insights based on metrics;
- Identify potential leaders within the team and provide guidance, support, and motivation;
- Assess skill gaps and collaborate in creating tailored training programs to address them;
- Ensure effective communication between management, staff, and external partners for
- Design and implement quality assurance standards to uphold high performance levels;
- Improve current workflows to increase efficiency and strengthen organizational capacity
- Guarantee that all operational tasks are completed on schedule and within the allocated
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a managerial role, demonstrating strong leadership abilities;
- At least 3 years of overall work experience, with a focus on sales;
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound sales, including upselling or telemarketing,
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals and guiding high-achieving teams;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities;
- German C1 and English B2 level;
- Strong skills in using CRM platforms and sales performance analysis tools;
- Ability to make data-informed decisions and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
