Tax Accountant

Your daily routine would include:

Understanding and applying in practice tax legislation rules and requirements.
Withholding tax compliance and Double Tax Treaties application;
Preparing and timely deliver tax deliverables and returns according to country specific regulatory requirements and deadlines;
Preparing and support of tax audits, communicating and collaborating with customers, suppliers, offices and authorities to clarify and resolve tax issues
Analysing accounting information and transferring into meaningful tax documentation;
Determination of tax amounts to be paid, initiation and posting of the payments
Conducting SOX and tax controls; Ensuring compliance with relevant legal regulations and internal guidelines in the area of finance and accounting.
Knowledge in Austrian tax legislation is considered as an advantage.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

2+ years of experience in similar position;
University degree in Economics, Finance or a similar field;
Basics of tax and levy law, knowledge of general legal foundations, good accounting knowledge
Experience with accounting software, e.g. SAP ERP systems is an advantage.;
Fluent level of German – written and spoken;
Fluent level of English – written and spoken is an advantage.
Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel;
Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
Customer service skills, communication skills with attention to detail;
Problem solving skills and adherence to deadlines.
