What you’ll be doing:

• Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop sourcing strategies
• Actively searching for qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms
• Engaging and nurturing talent pipelines for current and future openings
• Conducting initial screenings and supporting candidate assessments
• Maintaining accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System
• Supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives as needed

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a sourcing or other HR/Recruitment role (in-house or agency) is considered an advantage
• No sourcing experience yet? That’s okay as well - if you're curious, motivated, and eager to learn, let us know. We’re happy to teach you and help you grow into the role.
• Solid communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
