What you’ll be doing:
- Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop sourcing strategies
- Actively searching for qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms
- Engaging and nurturing talent pipelines for current and future openings
- Conducting initial screenings and supporting candidate assessments
- Maintaining accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System
- Supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives as needed
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a sourcing or other HR/Recruitment role (in-house or agency) is considered an advantage
- No sourcing experience yet? That’s okay as well - if you're curious, motivated, and eager to learn, let us know. We’re happy to teach you and help you grow into the role.
- Solid communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
- Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
