Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing Initiatives: Lead innovative sourcing efforts to identify top talent across the industry through direct contact (phone, email and other channels) and develop relationships with both existing and prospective candidates to maintain a steady pipeline of new applications.
• Channel Observation: Apply and upkeep data-driven analysis of existing recruiting channels, and explore new, untapped areas for candidate engagement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with local recruitment partners to build strategy for current and future demands, as well as with regional stakeholders to streamline and enhance the sourcing process.
• Brand Ambassador: Assist recruiters with social media presence and job advertisement to captivate potential candidates and position Concentrix as employer of choice, using analytics to measure success and optimize reach.
• Creative Strategies: Propose and implement new advertising techniques to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.

What you need:

• Fluency in Bulgarian and English, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in talent sourcing and recruitment, with mandatory proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Skilled in leveraging a variety of social media platforms for effective recruitment strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Capable of working independently and adapting quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
