Our team is looking for a professional talent acquisition specialist to join the HR team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to achieve staffing goals and actively build a strong, diverse candidate pipeline.
• Ensure both the quality and quantity of candidates within our talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and enhance the hiring process, prioritizing candidate experience and efficiency.
• Communicate and embody the company’s values and culture to potential candidates.
• On-boarding of the new employees;
• Supporting the Head of HR with different tasks and initiatives;
• Assisting in various activities and initiatives around employees’ welfare;

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent English (written and spoken);
• Experience of 4+ years of recruitment is a must;
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
