ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team in Sofia, Bulgaria. You'll be at the heart of our recruitment strategy - sourcing the best candidates, building strong pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional hiring experience. YOUR NEW RESPONSIBILITIES:

Own the end-to-end talent acquisition process, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.

Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders, providing insights and market intelligence to drive informed hiring decisions.

Utilize innovative digital tools and data-driven approaches to optimize talent mapping, sourcing, and acquisition strategies.

Lead assessments, interviews, and development centers, ensuring we hire top talent in line with our high global standards and consistent best practices across markets.

and provide recommendations to enhance our recruitment strategies and employer positioning.

Strengthen our employer brand by leading career events, networking initiatives, and digital engagement efforts.

Build and nurture talent pipelines for both immediate hiring needs and long-term workforce planning.

Collaborate with HRBPs and Centers of Excellence (CoE) to align talent acquisition with broader business and people strategies.

Drive continuous improvement by optimizing recruitment processes, implementing creative sourcing techniques, and ensuring a data-driven approach to hiring success.

DO YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

A higher degree in HR, Psychology, Business/Management, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Proven ability to source talent creatively via social media, networking, and digital tools.

Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

A results-driven mindset with a passion for talent acquisition and employer branding.

Business fluent in Bulgarian and English

Experience in assessment centers, executive search, or strategic talent mapping is a plus.
