As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll be at the heart of our hiring process—crafting job ads, connecting with candidates, and learning what it takes to build amazing teams in a global environment.
Your role:
- Create and post job ads across various platforms.
- Review CVs and assist with pre-screening candidates.
- Help schedule interviews and maintain smooth communication with applicants.
- Support the team in improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- Research market trends and talent pools to stay ahead in hiring strategies.
- Join recruitment initiatives like career fairs and events.
- Fluent English (C1) written and spoken. Proficiency in German or Spanish would be considered as a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, positive, and ready to work in a team.
- Education in Human Resources, Business Management, or related fields is an advantage.
- Strong desire to learn and develop.

- Flexible working hours between 09:00 - 18:00 – part-time 4/6 hours (Monday-Friday).
