As a member of METRO Bulgaria Shared service desk you will be responsible for:

• First level PC Support (Hardware and Software), mobile devices and scales.
• First level end user support (MS Office and other applications)
• Support for internal METRO Software Suite
• LAN and communications problem solving
• User accounts, printers and shares management
• Providing support to neighbouring stores

Your profile: • Willingness to work on shifts • Willingness to travel around 20% of the time

• Basic experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Windows OS, Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge in communication and networks – LAN, WAN, Router and Switches. Jira Service desk experience would be an advantage
• English proficiency
• Good organizational skills
• Experience in a similar position and/or relevant product knowledge will be considered as an advantage
