- Responsibilities:
- Helping respond to IT support tickets with guidance from senior colleagues
- Communicating with users to understand and resolve basic technical issues
- Assisting with onboarding new employees (setting up accounts, devices, and access)
- Helping prepare, set up, and track company laptops, monitors, and other equipment

Requirements:
- Basic computer and OS knowledge (Windows/Linux)
- Interest in IT systems, networking, and learning new technologies
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365
- Willingness to learn IT admin tools (AD, Exchange, Entra ID, Intune)
- Basic networking understanding (internet, Wi-Fi, IP)
Desired Skills:
- Any service desk or ticketing experience
- Interest in virtualization, cloud (Azure), security, and backups
- Basic curiosity about databases (e.g., SQL)
- Reliable, communicative, and helpful team player
- Attention to details and willingness to learn
- English at working level (written and spoken).
