  • Responsibilities:
  • Helping respond to IT support tickets with guidance from senior colleagues
  • Communicating with users to understand and resolve basic technical issues
  • Assisting with onboarding new employees (setting up accounts, devices, and access)
  • Helping prepare, set up, and track company laptops, monitors, and other equipment

Requirements:

  • Basic computer and OS knowledge (Windows/Linux)
  • Interest in IT systems, networking, and learning new technologies
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365
  • Willingness to learn IT admin tools (AD, Exchange, Entra ID, Intune)
  • Basic networking understanding (internet, Wi-Fi, IP)


Desired Skills:

  • Any service desk or ticketing experience
  • Interest in virtualization, cloud (Azure), security, and backups
  • Basic curiosity about databases (e.g., SQL)
  • Reliable, communicative, and helpful team player
  • Attention to details and willingness to learn
  • English at working level (written and spoken).
