We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our Climate and Environmental Risk team at DSK Bank!

As a Sustainability expert in DSK Bank, you will be at the forefront of setting and implementing the Bank’s strategies for navigating ESG factors that may impact our business operations and our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Drive ESG Strategy Implementation: Play a key role in executing DSK Bank's ESG strategy, including regular reviews of key indicators, trend analysis, and proposing impactful actions.
• Stay Ahead of Regulations: Keep abreast of emerging sustainability and ESG risk management regulations and standard and develop and implement related policies and procedures.
• Collaborate for Success: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance integration of ESG factors across the organization, improve data management, and implement strategic ESG solutions.
• Lead Projects: Manage key projects and ensure alignment on Sustainability and ESG initiatives with the broader OTP Group; actively participate in governance committees focused on ESG matters.
• Create Insightful Reports and Disclosures: Develop impactful presentations, reports, and disclosures for both internal and external audiences (e.g., Pillar III ESG Disclosures and Sustainability Reporting under CSRD)
• Educate and Inspire: Design and deliver engaging learning programs and awareness initiatives to foster a culture of sustainability and prudent ESG risk management within the bank.

You are a successful candidate if you can demonstrate:

• Knowledge of financial services, business administration, Sustainability, ESG, climate and environment concepts; prior work experience in these fields is a plus;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Technical proficiency: Microsoft Office suite; expertise in data querying (e.g., SQL), analysis and visualization (e.g., Power BI) is highly valued
• Effective communication skills, including ability to present complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner;
• Flexibility and motivation to work in a rapidly evolving area;
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is a must;
• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
