What will you do? You'll work across different teams and play an important role in helping Smart Organic meet customer expectations, regulatory requirements and sustainability goals.
Your main focus will be:
? Customers & Sustainability Respond to customer sustainability questionnaires and compliance requests. Support customer audits and sustainability assessments. Communicate sustainability-related information to international customers.
? Supplier Compliance Coordinate supplier questionnaires and online assessments. Follow up on supplier documentation and corrective actions. Help ensure suppliers meet our sustainability and compliance requirements.
? Packaging & New Regulations Monitor new EU packaging legislation and customer requirements. Work with Packaging, Product Development and Procurement teams to implement new requirements. Help translate regulatory changes into practical business actions.
? Standards & Compliance Follow developments in European legislation related to sustainability. Support the implementation of new regulatory requirements. Maintain documentation related to social standards and compliance. Participate in customer and certification audits.
♻ Environmental Responsibilities Coordinate waste management activities. Support compliance with environmental regulations. Assist with reporting and communication related to waste and recycling.

What will help you succeed?
- University degree (Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Business, Food Technology or another relevant field).
- Excellent English.
- Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel).
- Previous experience in sustainability, quality, procurement, compliance or manufacturing is an advantage—but not a requirement.
- Interest in sustainability, ESG or regulatory topics.
