What You’ll be Doing:
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end process of defective materials returned from customers, including decision-making on returns, handling, and cost optimization. You will analyze trends in warranty-related costs, identify key drivers, and support strategic decisions on material flow and recovery. You will act as a central point of coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and partners, ensuring smooth handling of defective parts and accurate tracking of costs and processes.

What You’ll be Doing:
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end process of defective materials returned from customers, including decision-making on returns, handling, and cost optimization. You will analyze trends in warranty-related costs, identify key drivers, and support strategic decisions on material flow and recovery. You will act as a central point of coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and partners, ensuring smooth handling of defective parts and accurate tracking of costs and processes.
On a typical day, you’ll:
- Analyze data and support material management decisions;
- Monitor costs, trends, and key performance metrics;
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and month-end activities;
- Ensure smooth invoicing flow and budget tracking;
- Drive cost optimization and process improvements;
- Collaborate with partners and act as a point of contact for return processes.
What You Bring to the Role:
- Fluency in written and spoken English;
- Excellent communication skills and strategical thinking - promote creative thinking and implement initiatives;
- Independence and ability to work in a team;
- Good planning, organization and time management skills;
- Knowledge of support operations.
- Good computer skills; MS office applications.
