We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain Expert to join our client’s team and support the smooth execution of daily supply operations. In this role, you will coordinate product availability, manage supplier interactions, and contribute to process improvement initiatives that keep our supply chain running efficiently. What You’ll Do

• Coordinate supply activities to ensure continuous product availability
• Manage all system activities related to supply operations
• Monitor operational disruptions and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external business partners
• Support compliance, product-quality assurance activities and incident management
• Be the key focal point for external audits
• Contribute to data analysis and insights for operational and commercial decision making
• Support negotiations and contracting process as well as contract performance reviews
• Enable implementation of new deals from system and operational aspect
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence

What You Bring

• Experience in supply chain or logistics
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Analytical mindset and comfort working with systems/ERP tools (experience with SAP is an advantage)
• Commercial acumen
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Resilience under pressure
• Fluency in Bulgarian and English (written and verbal)
