We’re looking for an Inside Sales Supervisor to lead and support our Inside Sales team. You’ll coach a team of sales specialists as they handle inbound leads, create outbound opportunities, and guide clients through a consultative sales journey. Your leadership will help the team perform at its best and contribute to our ongoing growth.

What you will do on this role:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Inside Sales Specialists to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs, pipeline metrics, and individual results, conduct regular 1:1s
  • Develop training plans and support continuous skill growth within the team.
  • Ensure the team follows a consultative sales approach focused on customers.
  • Provide insights from the field to optimize lead quality, positioning, and sales strategy.
  • Maintain accurate tracking within CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus).
  • Implement best practices for pipeline management, forecasting, and prioritization.
  • Identify gaps in processes and lead initiatives to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
What skills are needed:
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, or sales account management.
  • 1+ years of experience in a leadership, coaching, or supervisory role within a sales environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1).
  • Strong experience working with CRM tools; HubSpot is a significant advantage.
  • Proven ability to motivate teams, set goals, and drive high performance and strategic approach.
  • A proactive, energetic, and results driven leadership style.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, analyse performance, and make data backed decisions.
