Due to our constant growth, we are looking for an addition to our team – Supervisor for Health, Safety and Environment in Nauen, Brandenburg (on site).

Due to our constant growth, we are looking for an addition to our team – Supervisor for Health, Safety and Environment in Nauen, Brandenburg (on site).
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and conducts employee safety and health training programs;
- Conducts detailed site inspections according to our Health and Safety Audit Plan;
- Completes all appropriate company safety and health program documents;
- Interfaces with clients and government officials;
- Reports and escalates any problems to the Project Manager;
- Performs record-keeping / filing functions;
- Assist injured employees by arranging transport to the doctor or hospital and ensuring proper medical care;
- Coordinate with insurance providers, manage claims documentation, and ensure timely follow-up on cases;
- Conducts incident and injury/illness investigations. Writes detailed injury/illness reports;
- Supports continuous improvement efforts and the change management effects associated with the implementation of improvements;
- Implements the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) on-site, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company sustainability goals;
- Oversees waste management, including proper disposal, recycling, and compliance with environmental standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, safety and health certification, Bachelor's Degree preferred;
- Knowledge of safety and health standards and practices;
- 2+ years in a solar/construction environment;
- 4+ years safety and health experience;
- Fluency in German;
- English is an advantage;
- Ability to effectively interface with clients and government officials;
- Driving license.
