Nestlé's Summer's Cool internship program offers students and fresh graduates an international experience. Being organized within 6 countries (Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Ukraine and Moldova), the program is an exciting 3-week hybrid internship specifically tailored for students and recent graduates that want to deepen their business knowledge. As the program enters its 7th edition, it continues to provide a valuable opportunity for participants to enhance their skills and gain practical experience.

Nestlé's Summer's Cool internship program offers students and fresh graduates an international experience. Being organized within 6 countries (Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Ukraine and Moldova), the program is an exciting 3-week hybrid internship specifically tailored for students and recent graduates that want to deepen their business knowledge. As the program enters its 7th edition, it continues to provide a valuable opportunity for participants to enhance their skills and gain practical experience.
What’s in it for you?
- Hands-on experience in the dynamic world of food & beverage, working with and learning from industry experts
- Access to engaging/interactive workshops, mentorship, and development sessions
- A multicultural environment alongside peers from Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Serbia, Moldova and Ukraine
- Cross-country group case study projects to put your knowledge and creativity into action
- Business English practice and development of key soft skills: Leadership, Communication, Feedback, Coaching and many more

- Application deadline: 8th of June
- Internship period: 6th of July – 24th of July
- Type: paid internship with a monthly income of 390 EUR Gross (approximately 360 EUR Net)
- Hybrid format: virtual sessions and exciting face-to-face office days at our local offices
- Flexible schedule: Monday to Friday, 6 hours per day including 30-minute lunch break
- There are more than 100 internship seats in total, based in the following 7 sites: Belgrade, Zagreb, Sofia, Bucharest, Kyiv, and Lviv and Chisinau
- You are curious and agile
- English and Bulgarian languages are your linguistic superpower
- You're either a fresh graduate, ready to conquer the world, or a final-year student, eagerly awaiting your diploma
- It's in your DNA to conquer obstacles and grow into the best version of yourself
- You are available during 06.07 - 24.07.2026 to attend both the virtual and the office days
