Summer HR Trainee
Location: Sofia
Contract: temporary, 4 months

ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:
We are a team of passionate HR professionals, working for 23 countries in CCHBC Family. In People Services we work closely with stakeholders from all countries in scope, aiming to improve the end-to-end experience of the employees and line managers.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Arrangement of paper documents (creating files, putting away documents to existing personnel files and moving terminated ones to the archive collection).
Training for basic knowledge in the systems (SAP, Workday) - how to do hiring, termination and organizational change.
Administration of absences and sick leaves.
Timely respond to external customers on their queries.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
University bachelor’s degree in human resources, accounting, finance, economics or a related field.
A strong interest in the area of human resources.
Excellent command of English (verbal and written).
Time Management and prioritization skills.
Good knowledge of MS office.
