For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and process optimization for global clients, we are looking for – Strategic Sales Consultant with Italian or Dutch or Spanish or German (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth;
• Identify high-value prospects and build long-term partnerships;
• Lead consultative sales conversations with decision-makers;
• Analyze client needs and deliver tailored business solutions;
• Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts;
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize client success.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Italian, Dutch, Spanish, or German (B2-C1);
• Good command of English (B2 or higher);
• Strong strategic thinking and sales skills;
• Experience in B2B sales or client consulting is a plus;
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities;
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
