What do we expect from you?
- At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of store management principles to ensure the highest standards of proactive customer service
- Bulgarian and English allowing free communication – a necessary condition
- Knowledge of sales techniques and their practical use
- Ability to analyze sales reports
- Understanding the business environment and effective collaboration
- Being goal-oriented
- Very good organization of your own and subordinate team's work
- Ability to delegate and enforce tasks, as well as the ability to support and motivate employees
- Openness and willingness to learn about modern technologies
- At least good knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge and interest in current fashion trends
What will you be doing?
- Comprehensive and effective store management
- Managing a team, including recruiting, onboarding, motivating, and ensuring employee development
- Implementation of sales plans
- Ongoing reporting and analysis of results
- Taking care of work standards and professional customer service
- Taking care of the store's image
- Cooperation with the headquarters in Poland and the shopping mall
