For one of our clients – a worldwide pioneer in providing exceptional client interactions, enhancing lives with each engagement for the leading global brands, we are looking for – Sportswear Customer Support Representative with French or German or Dutch or Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer support via email, chat, and phone;
- Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and after-sales inquiries related to a leading sports brand;
- Identify customer needs and provide fast, effective, and customer-focused solutions;
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in internal systems;
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer journey by following company standards and procedures;
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Fluency in French, German, Dutch, or Spanish (B2 level) and good command of English (B1–B2);
- Previous experience in customer support, e-commerce, retail, or a similar role is considered an advantage;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset;
- Ability to manage inquiries across multiple communication channels efficiently;
- Good computer skills and willingness to quickly adapt to new tools and systems;
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
