For one of our clients – a worldwide pioneer in providing exceptional client interactions, enhancing lives with each engagement for the leading global brands, we are looking for – Sports Brand Customer Support Specialist with Dutch.

For one of our clients – a worldwide pioneer in providing exceptional client interactions, enhancing lives with each engagement for the leading global brands, we are looking for – Sports Brand Customer Support Specialist with Dutch.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via email, voice, and chat;
- Assist customers with pre- and post-purchase inquiries related to sports brand products;
- Resolve customer issues by identifying solutions and ensuring high-quality service;
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the support system;
- Follow company procedures to ensure consistent customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Dutch – B2 level (mandatory) and English – B1–B2 level;
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce or retail is an advantage;
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude;
- Ability to handle inquiries across email, chat, and voice channels;
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new support tools quickly.
