For one of our clients – a worldwide pioneer in providing exceptional client interactions, enhancing lives with each engagement for the leading global brands, we are looking for – Sports Brand Customer Support Specialist with Dutch.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via email, voice, and chat;
• Assist customers with pre- and post-purchase inquiries related to sports brand products;
• Resolve customer issues by identifying solutions and ensuring high-quality service;
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the support system;
• Follow company procedures to ensure consistent customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Dutch – B2 level (mandatory) and English – B1–B2 level;
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce or retail is an advantage;
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude;
• Ability to handle inquiries across email, chat, and voice channels;
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new support tools quickly.
