We are currently looking for a Specialist IT Security, innovations and analysis.

Specialist IT Security, innovations and analysis responsibilities are:

• Monitors and controls IT security;
• Monitoring, investigation, and reporting of cyber fraud;
• Carries out follow-up analysis and investigation in case of cyber fraud;
• Participates in the development of plans for dealing with incidents related to cyber fraud;
• Participate in new projects initiative;
• Propose and implement security changes where necessary;
• Support processes for employee participation in cyber security culture enhancement programs;
• Report all possible events that may affect the image and operation of the Bank;
• Analyzes and assesses potential risks for the security of IT systems;
• Develops policies and procedures for IT security;
• Develops plans for dealing with IT security incidents;
• Creates and develops mechanisms for reporting issues related to IT security;
• Participates in the preparation of the bank's disaster and accident response plan.

The appropriate candidates must fulfil the following criteria (Certificates will be an advantage):

• At least 5 years related experience with Cyber analyses, computer and network analyses;
• Master Degree in computer sciences with a concentration of courses in the areas of Computer and network security, Cybercrime and Anti-Fraud analyses;
• Knowledge of Bulgarian and European Union legislation and other related requirements, guidelines, technical standards and consultation papers related to the regulatory and supervisory framework of the European financial institutions;
• Knowledge of Bulgarian Cyber Security Law, National Cybersecurity strategy;
• Excellent command of English – written and spoken;
• Computer literacy – High (OS (Windows, Linux, Unix), Data bases, Programming fundamentals, WEB, Servers, Network devices).
