In connection with our continuous and dynamic development, we are looking for motivated people to join the Technical Support Department team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the correct and timely processing of customer orders in accordance with company policy;
- Communicating with customers regarding incoming inquiries and requests for spare parts purchases;
- Creating and editing offers, orders, sales invoices, and other documents in SAP related to the department's activities;
- Knowledge of products to ensure the correct identification of the necessary parts;
- Communicating and coordinating with other teams in the department to ensure quality service and a high level of customer satisfaction;
- Higher education;
- Very good computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Responsible attitude towards assigned tasks and attention to detail;
- Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage;
- Previous experience with SAP or another ERP system will be considered an advantage;
- Technical knowledge;
- Very good command of English (level B2);
- Works effectively with other team members, maintaining constructive relationships with a view to achieving common goals;
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and pay attention to detail;
- Analytical skills and focus on tackling challenging tasks;
