For a year-round luxury hotel complex with modern facilities, high service standards, and a dynamic team of professionals, we are offering the position of SPA & Wellness Manager for a state-of-the-art, industry-leading SPA center. Accommodation and transportation are provided.
Your responsibilities will include:
⭕ Organization and supervision of SPA services – planning treatments, maintaining quality standards, and introducing new procedures ⭕ Leading and developing the SPA team ⭕ Financial management and optimization – budgeting and ensuring the profitability of the SPA center ⭕ Marketing and guest experience – developing promotions and packages while maintaining a high level of service
What we are looking for:
✔️ Previous managerial experience in a SPA center ✔️ Knowledge of SPA therapies and cosmetic products ✔️ Confident working with Opera ✔️ Fluent English
