Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer requests and document relevant case information
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions that align with their business goals
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Assist users and corporate partners with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via various communication channels
- Handle customer escalations appropriately and escalate issues to higher support tiers as needed
- Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets
- Manage an individual ticket queue
- Provide feedback and follow management directions
What do you need?
- Exceptionally customer-focused
- Fluency in both German and Dutch, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced level of English, both spoken and written
- Ability to simplify technical language for non-technical users
- Patience and confidentiality in handling data and personal information
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player
- Excellent soft skills, particularly in active listening and empathy

- Full-time role with working shifts between 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Monday – Friday
