For one of our clients – a leader in sustainable marine cargo handling, offering a diverse portfolio of products and service, we are searching for experienced, responsible and proactive people for the role of Solution Architect – EPM or HFM Expertise (Fully Remote).

Essential Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for HFM/EPM-related initiatives and own the architecture

and development the EPM tools;

• Identify opportunities to modernize and streamline EPM processes and build advanced functionalities and simplify outdated structures;
• Enhance application capabilities, manage integrations, and maintain system configurations;
• Train and support global users, ensuring smooth operations and adoption, lead change management and ensure system reliability;
• Drive testing, incident resolution, and ongoing maintenance of EPM platforms, including HFM;
• Manage Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) as part of our finance consolidation solutions;
• Work closely with Finance, IM, and other business teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions;
• Collaborate with external service providers to ensure system optimization.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of EPM tools (e.g., Hyperion, OneStream, Anaplan) or experience in finance consolidation processes and system administration, including HFM;
• A track record of translating business needs into practical, scalable solutions;
• Hands-on ability to configure systems and create advanced calculations;
• Familiarity with enterprise-level architectural design principles;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for managing virtual teams and stakeholders;
• A proactive approach with a focus on delivering value through continuous improvement;
• Solid command of English language, both verbal and written;
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
