About the Role:

As a C# Software Engineer, you will work within specialized teams tackling business-critical areas such as order management, trade settlement, risk management, fund accounting, and client reporting. You’ll play a key role in delivering solutions that enhance their operating platform, working end-to-end from requirements gathering through development, testing, and deployment. Collaboration is key, and you’ll have plenty of opportunities to engage with stakeholders and mentor junior team members (depending on your seniority).

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Owning the delivery process from start to finish
• Designing and delivering long-term projects while balancing business and technical needs
• Participating in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions with your peers
• Continuously improving system performance and reducing tech debt
• Supporting production systems and handling BAU requests
• Championing best practices and fostering a collaborative team environment

Key Skills Required:

• 3+ years of experience with C# and .NET
• Strong focus on delivering business value while maintaining high-quality standards
• Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server: query writing, schema design, and performance tuning
• Ability to adopt new architectural features incrementally while delivering on key projects
• Confident communicator, able to handle differing opinions constructively

Bonus Points For: Experience with Kafka, MongoDB, React, Python
