YOUR ROLE:
As a Sales Specialist, you will engage with potential customers who have expressed interest in our cutting-edge hearing aid products. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Soft Sales: Initiating contact with customers who have provided their information, organizing meetings with Sonova's consultants, and following up on those meetings.
- Customer Interaction: Responding to inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
- Product Expertise: Providing detailed information on our products and services, emphasizing their benefits and unique selling points.
- Tailored Advice: Understanding customer needs and offering personalized recommendations to help them choose the best product.
- Performance Goals: Meeting and exceeding customer service and sales targets set by management.
- Language Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level).
- Experience: Proven track record in sales, customer service, or a similar role is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Persuasion & Negotiation: Strong ability to persuade and negotiate in a friendly, non-aggressive manner.
- CRM Knowledge: Experience with Zendesk or similar CRMs is a plus.
