About the Role: We’re looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our client’s social media ecosystem across multiple finance brands. You’ll research industry trends, plan monthly calendars, analyze performance metrics, and ensure promotions hit the mark—on time, every time. Working closely with our design team, you’ll align content styles with what works, identify thriving markets and geos, and elevate our social presence while supporting our service offerings.
Key Responsibilities: Research social media trends and strategies in the finance industry to keep our brands ahead of the curve. Plan and maintain monthly social calendars for multiple brands, ensuring consistent, strategic posting. Create, schedule, and manage content (posts, graphics, videos, stories) across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and beyond. Analyze metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to assess what’s working, spotlighting top-performing styles, markets, and geos. Collaborate with the design team to align content with effective visual styles and brand identities. Oversee promotions, ensuring they’re planned, scheduled, and executed on time for maximum impact. Coordinate with the in-house marketing team to support broader campaigns and develop our social media service offering. Manage paid social campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) to amplify reach and results.
What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of social media management experience, preferably with multi-brand or finance industry exposure. Strong research skills to identify what’s working in social media and adapt strategies accordingly. Expertise in planning and executing detailed social calendars across multiple platforms. Analytical mindset to interpret metrics and optimize content, markets, and geos for performance. Proven ability to manage promotions and ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar, plus a collaborative spirit for working with design teams. Bonus: Paid social ad experience or a track record of scaling social operations.
