We are expanding our operations as a dynamically developing digital marketing and advertising organization. Due to increased workload and growing client demand, we are now looking to appoint a motivated and experienced professional for the Social Media Growth Specialist position.

We're expanding and looking for a Social Media Growth Specialist who understands both the human side of content and the power of AI tools in shaping modern digital narratives.

You will be responsible for growing our brand and our partners' brands across social platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X /X, Threads, Bluesky, and others. You'll manage company profiles and help develop and execute personal brand strategies for executives, team members, and select clients.

This role combines content creation, strategic thinking, and AI-assisted workflows. You’ll work alongside copywriters, designers, and marketers to deliver bold, engaging content that performs.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute cross-platform social media growth strategies.
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI) to ideate, create, and optimize content.
• Lead and implement personal branding campaigns for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with visual and video teams to ensure engaging platform-specific content.
• Monitor trends, viral formats, and digital culture across channels and integrate them into campaigns.
• Manage content calendars, ensuring brand voice, tone, and consistency.
• Analyze content performance data and iterate based on key growth metrics.
• Coordinate with paid media teams to ensure alignment between organic and paid efforts.
• Build and engage with communities across relevant platforms.

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media growth, content creation, or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of platform-specific trends and growth dynamics
• Experience using AI tools for content ideation, writing, and visual creation
• Proven results in managing social profiles or campaigns, especially on LinkedIn, Threads, Twitter/X
• Excellent English (written and spoken); Bulgarian fluency required
• Strategic thinker with a creative approach and strong sense of visual communication
• A plus is an interest in wellness, branding, culture, or entrepreneurship.
• Availability to work on-site in our Plovdiv office
