For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for – Social Media Consultant with Polish or Hungarian or Italian or French.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals;
• Manage and oversee social media accounts to ensure consistent and engaging content;
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement;
• Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports on campaign results;
• Support the sales team with junior-level sales activities, including lead generation and

follow-ups

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of social media and sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English at B2 level; knowledge of Polish, Hungarian, Italian, or French at C1 level;
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients effectively;
• Interest in sales and willingness to support junior sales activities;
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
