For one of our clients – a top provider of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services, helping global brands improve digital engagement in fintech, high-tech, travel, and gaming, we are looking for – Smart Sports Devices Support Consultant with Polish or German or French.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers via phone and email with inquiries about modern smart devices;
• Support clients with orders, deliveries, and product details;
• Guide users through the main functions and features of wearable technology;
• Identify and resolve technical issues with clear, step-by-step solutions;
• Keep accurate records of customer requests and interactions;
• Provide an excellent customer experience while representing the brand in a professional and

friendly way.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Polish, German, or French (C1) and good working knowledge of English (B2);
• Previous experience in customer support is helpful, but not required;
• Strong communication skills and ability to solve problems effectively;
• Interest in technology, gadgets, or modern lifestyle products is a plus;
• Comfortable exploring and using new tools and devices;
• Reliable, cooperative, and eager to learn and develop.
