RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and a genuine smile.
Determine customers' needs and serve as a knowledgeable resource to them.
Ensure you deliver exceptional Customer Service that is consistent and beyond expectations.
Complete accurate computer and paperwork and prioritize work orders in an expedient manner.
Be familiar with the merchandise carried in the store, including brands, key features, and benefits, as well as, the ability to make accurate suggestions to customers.
Advertise and provide information on the existing equipment for hire/sale to clients.
Selling of ski pack products (Ski hire and Ski School) to customers. Responsible for safekeeping and liquidation of all monies collected from customers for services provided;
Provide up-to-date information about the resort and the ski area to the customers.
Act as a company representative and professionally deal with issues that may arise with the company’s clients at the resort.
Remain current on ski industry products and trends to share knowledge with customers.
Keeping the working environment tidy.
Able to handle heavy customer demand for extended periods of time, often working through scheduled break times, particularly during weekends and holiday weekdays.

REQUIREMENTS

Good command of the English language.
Knowledge of the Borovets ski area.
Strong selling and customer service skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Common computer skills, with the ability to learn the used CRM and stock software programs.
Ability to organize and prioritize work schedules.
Accept everyday challenges and work in a dynamic environment.
Ability to remain calm, patient, diplomatic, and tactful under pressure.
A "can do" attitude to problem-solving, determined to succeed.
Open-minded, willing to learn new skills & challenges to do better.
Stamina and ability/willingness to work unsociable hours.
