Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and supervise daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts;
• Lead, support and motivate the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences;
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies and service procedures;
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and other departments;
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently;
• Assist with staff training, scheduling and performance monitoring;
• Support inventory control and daily operational tasks.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
