For one of our clients - a global bottling company that produces and distributes a variety of beverages across many countries, we are looking for – Shared Services Dispute Coordinator with German and English (Hybrid shifts).

For one of our clients - a global bottling company that produces and distributes a variety of beverages across many countries, we are looking for – Shared Services Dispute Coordinator with German and English (Hybrid shifts).
Responsibilities:
- Builds strong partnerships with business units, supporting smooth integration of dispute
- Aids the transition team in transferring discrepancy-related and Customer to Cash (CTC)
- Delivers high-quality service to key stakeholders — customers, vendors, staff, management,
- Ensures compliance with internal policies, including approval flows and financial rules;
- Manages customer queries efficiently, resolving them promptly and escalating when needed;
- Handles urgent complaints swiftly and appropriately;
- Cooperates with the Dispute Management Team to resolve issues per set procedures and
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
- Experience in a multinational or Shared Services environment;
- Strong command of German and English for effective communication;
- Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to service excellence;
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Team player with initiative and a supportive attitude;
- Well-organized with solid time management and task prioritization abilities.
