ServiceNow Administrator

Main responsibilities:

• You have to manage application enhancements and fixes;
• You have to be able to work independently without significant supervision;
• You have to show in your daily work highly analytical skills;
• You have to be ready to work in global teams and support a global cross-functional environment partnering with internal customers for requirements gathering, analysis, and business process definition.

Expected skills, knowledge, and competencies:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or another Engineering or IT-oriented specialty;
• Excellent management and influencing skills full understanding and ability to lead all ITIL processes
• ServiceNow CSA certification;
• 4+ years of previous professional experience as a ServiceNow Administrator;
• Very good knowledge of English language (B2 or C1 level).
