Service Desk Specialists with German language
The project is a cutting-edge solution in healthcare that helps patients live healthier lives. You will provide internal support for IT topics via the ticketing system, email, and phone.

Service Desk Specialists with German language
The project is a cutting-edge solution in healthcare that helps patients live healthier lives. You will provide internal support for IT topics via the ticketing system, email, and phone.
Essential requirements for the role:
- Professional experience as a Technical Support, Service Desk Specialist, or similar is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluency in the German language - at least B2 level - verbal and written;
- Good knowledge of the English language as part of internal communication;
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365;
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
- An interest in Information Technologies and eagerness to gain knowledge in the field;
- Willingness to work on shifts;
- Ability to start at the beginning of July.
