We are looking for a Senior Windows Cloud Engineer to join our cloud operations and engineering teams. · Design, operate, and support high‑availability solutions using Microsoft Failover Clustering, including clustered application and database workloads.
· Support Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) at the application level only, including connectivity, performance troubleshooting from the application perspective, service availability, and integration with Windows and IIS (no database administration or DBA responsibilities).
· Configure, secure, and maintain IIS‑based web applications, including SSL/TLS configuration, application pool tuning, and integration with backend services.
· Develop, maintain, and improve automation and configuration management using Ansible, reducing manual effort and improving consistency across Windows environments.
· Drive automation initiatives across infrastructure and operational processes, including provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and remediation.
· Perform in‑depth root cause analysis for recurring and critical incidents, implementing long‑term corrective and preventive measures to improve platform reliability.
· Participate in incident management, post‑incident reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to higher service quality and operational excellence.
· Collaborate closely with cloud, application, infrastructure, and security teams to design, improve, and optimize Windows‑based solutions.
· Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures to support knowledge sharing and operational maturity.
· Implement, maintain, and enhance monitoring and alerting using Zabbix, proactively identifying issues and reducing service disruptions.
· Manage and troubleshoot traffic management and load balancing solutions, with NetScaler experience considered a strong plus.
· Support and collaborate on network security and firewall configurations, with hands‑on experience in Palo Alto and/or Clavister environments considered a plus.
