Senior Technical Support Advisor

At CloudCart, we believe that together we achieve more. We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Support Advisor to join our team in Sofia and deliver outstanding technical support for our SaaS eCommerce platform.

Your role:

• Provide fast and professional customer support
• Тroubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with the development team on bugs and improvements
• Process XML feeds and perform minor frontend adjustments
• Follow up on cases to ensure full resolution and client satisfaction

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in technical support or web development
• Fluent English (written & spoken)
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DNS, hosting and APIs
• Experience with WordPress, WooCommerce or Shopify is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, organized and client-focused mindset
