For the IT Division Postbank is searching for a motivated:

Senior System Administrator - Windows

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022/2025) ensuring high availability and security.
• Administer and monitor Active Directory Services (AD DS, AD CS, AD LDS, KMS) including design and implementation.
• Manage Microsoft Exchange (on-premises and Online) and Office 365 suite (Azure AD, MS Teams, Purview, Intune).
• Oversee virtualization and clustering technologies: Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware ESXi, Microsoft Cluster Services.
• Implement and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, PKI infrastructure, and File Share Services.
• Plan and execute Patch Management for Windows Servers and related infrastructure to ensure compliance and security.
• Participate in system architecture planning, deployment, and optimization of servers, storage, and clusters.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and internal procedures for supported systems.
• Ensure compliance with business continuity, security standards, and operational best practices.

Requirements

• Education: University degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Windows Server administration and enterprise IT environments.
• Strong expertise in Azure Cloud, Microsoft Exchange 2019/Online, and Office 365 services.
• Solid knowledge of virtualization and clustering (Hyper-V, VMware).
• Familiarity with business process improvement and IT governance principles.
• Experience in financial institutions is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Certifications: Microsoft Certified (Server or Messaging) preferred.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a team-oriented environment.
