For one of our clients - a leader in reshaping businesses with Strategy, Consulting, and state- of-the-art Technology, powered by the world’s largest network of tech centers, we are looking for – Senior Service Delivery Manager with English.
Responsibilities:
- Lead sales performance by monitoring key metrics, creating forecasts, and ensuring program
- Collaborate with the client’s Head of Sales to fine-tune strategies for market and customer needs;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams;
- Develop tailored sales strategies for each program, focusing on efficiency and adaptability;
- Advise on specialized programs to ensure global consistency and high-quality delivery;
- Mentor program leads, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement;
- Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to strategic thought leadership in the market.
Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience in outsourcing and shared services management;
- Knowledge of quality management tools like Six Sigma, ISO, and relevant standards;
- Proven success in SMB sales and data-driven decision-making;
- Fluent in English, with strong communication and report-writing skills;
- Experience in multiple sales channels, especially in advertising sales;
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities;
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with expertise in change management and problem- solving.
