Responsibilities:

• Customer Requirements Analysis: Analyze customer requirements, provide tailored recommendations to achieve objectives, and propose customized solutions.
• Process Optimization: Analyze and understand end-to-end (E2E) processes, providing recommendations for improvements.
• Report and Dashboard Development: Design and develop reports, analyses, dashboards, and data warehousing layers with multiple SAP and non-SAP system sources.
• Implementation Projects: Participate in full life-cycle implementation projects, including design, customizing, testing, training, migration, and Go Live support.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with external partners and various business stakeholders to successfully complete projects and implement solution changes.
• Problem Resolution: Proactively resolve system issues to enhance performance and prevent service deficiencies.
• Documentation Maintenance: Create and maintain solution documentation, including Functional Design Documents (FDD), Export documents, and Test Scenarios (TSD).

Required Skills and Experience:

• Educational Background: University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT, or a comparable field of study.
• Professional Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience with BW on HANA, HANA Modeling, BW4HANA, S4 HANA embedded analytics, and front-end report visualization tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Lumira, and Power BI.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of ABAP in BW scenarios; knowledge of BW authorization and CDS views is a strong plus.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze functional and technical needs, identify gaps, and propose alternative solutions relative to existing designs.
• Agile Methodology: Experience working in an AGILE project environment with a continuous optimization approach.
• Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to manage a dynamic workload and handle a variety of tasks in support and project delivery.
• Professional Attributes: Customer-focused and goal-oriented with innovative thinking and a keen attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Fluency in written and spoken English; ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.
